RnBrunch - Terms and conditions

1. Ticket Deposits - All brunch ticket deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are able to attend before purchasing. Ticket protection may be available at checkout for those who wish to cover unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellations and Non-Attendance - If you are unable to attend, please notify us by email as soon as possible. Please note that guests who fail to attend without prior notice may remain liable for the venue charge of £27–£29 per person.

3. Cashless Events - All of our events operate on a cashless basis. Cash payments will not be accepted at the venue.

4. Assumption of Risk - Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. By attending, ticket holders release the promoter, venue, event participants, and their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from such risks, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

5. Venue Regulations - Tickets are issued subject to the rules, regulations, and conditions of entry imposed by the venue.

6. Ticket Accuracy - Please check your tickets carefully upon receipt. While we will endeavour to correct any errors where possible, this cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Event Cancellation or Postponement - Events may be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the promoter, performers, or venue.

8. Refunds for Cancelled Events - In the event of a cancellation, please contact us for information regarding any refunds available from the responsible party.

9. Rescheduled Events - If an event is rescheduled, refund eligibility may be limited. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check and confirm any revised event date and time.

10. Admission and Security - The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches to ensure the safety and security of all guests.

11. Late Arrival - Every effort will be made to admit late arrivals at a suitable point during the event; however, admission cannot be guaranteed.

12. Programme Changes - Tickets are sold subject to the promoter’s and venue’s right to alter or vary the event programme due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, without any obligation to provide a refund or ticket exchange.

13. Ticket Resale - Any ticket resold, transferred, or offered for sale for profit or commercial gain by any party other than the promoter, venue, or their authorised agents may be deemed invalid. The holder may be refused entry or removed from the venue.

14. Smoking Policy - The venue may operate a no-smoking policy, including restrictions on the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices.

15. Personal Property - The promoter and venue accept no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the event.

16. Conduct and Behaviour - We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Any person behaving in a rude, aggressive, abusive, or disruptive manner towards staff, performers, venue personnel, or other attendees may be removed from the event without refund.

17. Photography and Filming - Events may be photographed and/or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings should notify the photographer or videographer at the event. Please note that once content has been published, it may not be possible to remove or edit it.

18. Age Restrictions and Identification - All events are strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Valid physical or scannable photo identification is required for entry. Accepted forms of identification include a passport, driving licence, or national identity card.

19. Group Bookings and Seating - To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend that all members of a group book together under a single reservation. Requests for separately booked parties to be seated together must be submitted by email to info@rnbrunchparty.com no later than 7 days prior to the event. While every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, this cannot be guaranteed.

20. Food, Drinks and Venue Services - For brunch events, £27–£29 of the ticket price is paid directly to the venue to cover food and beverage services. We act solely as an agent for the venue in relation to these services and accept no responsibility for the quality, provision, or delivery of food, drinks, or venue service. Any complaints relating to food, beverages, or service must be submitted directly to the venue in writing within 48 hours of the event.

21. Entertainment Services - We are an entertainment company providing DJs and event entertainment services. Any feedback or complaints relating specifically to the entertainment provided may be submitted directly to us, and we will endeavour to address any concerns appropriately.
