RnBrunch - Terms and conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All brunch tickets deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are able to attend before purchasing. Ticket insurance is available at checkout if you are unsure.

  2. If you wish to cancel your ticket, please email us with good notice. Please note that any no-shows will be liable for £27-£29 per head payment to the venue.

  3. All of our events are cashless - we do not accept cash payments on the door.

  4. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. The ticket holder expressly releases the management, venue, event participants, promoters, and their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees from any claims arising from such risks.

  5. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.

  6. Please check your tickets carefully, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

  7. Events may occasionally be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the promoter, performer, or venue.

  8. If an event is cancelled, please contact us for information regarding refunds from the responsible party.

  9. If an event is rescheduled, refund limitations may apply. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to confirm the revised date and time.

  10. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches to ensure patron safety.

  11. Every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable break; however, admission cannot be guaranteed.

  12. Tickets are sold subject to the promoter’s or venue’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond their control, without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.

  13. Any ticket resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, or their authorised agents will be void, and the holder may be refused entry or removed from the venue.

  14. The venue may operate a no-smoking policy.

  15. The promoter accepts no responsibility for personal property.

  16. Any person who is rude or aggressive towards staff or customers will be removed from the event without refund. Please respect others - we are about good vibes only.

  17. All events are photographed and/or filmed. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform the photographer or videographer. Once content is posted, it cannot be removed or edited.

  18. Under-18s are prohibited. Valid scannable or physical photo ID is required for entry (Passport, Driving Licence, or National Identity Card).

  19. Any post-event refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the event’s end time. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

  20. We strongly advise guests to book all as one group to avoid disapointment. Any requests for groups to be seated together when bookings have been made separately must be submitted via email to info@rnbrunchparty.com a minimum of 7 days before the event. 

  21. For brunch events, £27-29 of the ticket price is paid directly to the venue to cover food and drinks. We are acting as an agent on their behalf and are not responsible for the product or the service. Any food, beverage or service complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the event to the venues directly.
